Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil.

Vinification and aging
Short cold maceration, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Pale yellow with golden hues. Aroma of fresh yellow and mature fruit, delicate balsamic and floral notes. With good structure and long length.
Food and wine pairings
Ideal with raw fish and seafood. It matches well also with delicate meat-based dishes, with vegetables, fresh and semi-mature cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
